To place an order with us, all you need to do is send an email to orders@firstnature.be telling us what you would like to purchase. We will reply with an invoice and payment details and once your order is paid for we will have it delivered to your door the next business day. We take payments via internet banking (EFT) and direct deposits from the bank or ATM.

To help us speed up the process of getting your order to you, include your delivery address, contact number and the exact specifications of your order in the first email you send to us.

Postage: The price is dependent on the size of your order and your delivery address. Orders will usually be delivered two business days after we receive proof of payment, sometimes less.
